Can a practitioner and client reschedule a session?
Yes, a practitioner and client can reschedule/unschedule a session till allowed duration(set by Admin). To reschedule a session:
- Sign in to the account. Go to "Sessions".
- The scheduled session will be listed under the "Sessions".
- Click on the "Reschedule Session" icon of the missed session
- A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the session or the client and click "Send".
How can practitioners enhance their profiles and make it outstanding?
Practitioners can include the YouTube link of their introduction video to make it more attractive. They can also include relevant information about themselves like biography, skills, experience, and services which also helps in making their profile outstanding.
Is there any feature to record audio and video?
The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. The API currently integrated is AtomChat that does support the recording functionality. However, we are coming up with a new release of Yo!Coach with a new API - LessonSpace that supports audio/video recording.
How can clients schedule a session?
To schedule a session:

- Sign in to the account. Go to "Practitioners," which will open a list of Practitioners registered on the portal.
- Select a practitioner with whom you want to schedule a session and go to his/her profile.
- Clients can now either book a free trial session or purchase a session.
- Booking a free trial will open the availability calendar of the Practitioners. Clients can then select a date and time from the calendar and confirm the booking.
- To purchase a session, Clients are required to make the payment and further schedule the session cording to the Practitioner's availability.
How do new clients get started?
- To get started on the platform, clients are required to register with their email account and verify it by clicking the link sent to their email address.
- After verification, clients can log in and set up their profile by adding a picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.
- Practitioner can then search for clients based on their requirements by entering the service name.
- After shortlisting a practitioner, clients can book a free trial session to better understand the practitioner and see if they are a good fit.
- Following that, clients can select a suitable practitioner and continue with their sessions or webinars.
What are the trial sessions? How can clients schedule trial sessions?
- Trial sessions are the initial meetings between the practitioner and clients, serving as a way of exchanging introductions.
- Practitioner provide a brief demonstration, so both parties can decide whether working together is a good fit.

Clients can book trial session by:
- Finding a Practitioner they want to book a trial with.
- On the Practitioner detailed information page, they will see a 'Book Free Trial' button.
- Clicking the 'Book Free Trial' button will open the availability calendar, allowing the selection of a date and time for the trial sessions.
- Click 'Book Lesson', which will redirect to the checkout page where you need to 'Confirm Order'. Your trial session is then booked.
- The system allows each student to take one trial lesson per Practitioner.
