Yes, a practitioner/client can reschedule/unscheduled a session till allowed duration(set by Admin). To reschedule a lesson:
- Sign in to the account. Go to "Lessons".
- The scheduled lesson will be listed under the "Sessions".
- Click on the "Reschedule Lesson" icon of the missed session.
- A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the session for the client and click "Send".

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. Yo!Coach is now integrated with the LessonSpace API, which supports audio/video recording functionality.

To schedule a session:
- Sign in to your account and navigate to the “Practitioner” section, which displays the list of practitioner registered on the platform.
- Select the practitioner with whom you wish to schedule a session and open their profile.
- Clients can either book a free trial session or purchase a session.
- Booking a free trial session will open the practitioner’s availability calendar. Clients can select a preferred date and time slot and confirm the booking.
- To purchase a session, client are required to complete the payment first and then schedule the session based on the practitioner’s availability.

- To get started on the platform, clients are required to register using their email address and verify their account by clicking on the verification link sent to their email.
- Once verified, clients can log in and complete their profile by adding details such as a profile picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.
- Clients can then search for practitioner based on their requirements by entering the service or course name.
- After shortlisting practitioner, clients can book a free trial session to better understand the practitioner’s teaching style and determine if they are a suitable fit.
- Following this, clients can choose a suitable practitioner and continue with their classes.

1. Trial sessions are introductory meetings between practitioner and clients, allowing both parties to get acquainted with each other.
2. During the trial session, practitioner may provide a brief teaching demonstration to help determine whether they are a suitable fit for the client's learning requirements.
3. Trial sessions are free of cost and last for 15 minutes, or as configured by the admin.
4. Clients can book a trial session by following the steps below:
- Search for and select the practitioner with whom they wish to book a trial session.
- On the practitioner’s detailed profile page, click on the “Book Free Trial” button.
- Clicking this button will open the practitioner’s availability calendar, where clients can select a preferred date and time slot for the trial session.
- Click on “Book Session,” which will redirect to the checkout page where the client needs to click on “Confirm Order” to finalize the booking.
5. The system allows each client to book only one trial session per practitioner.
6. Practitioners also have the option to disable trial sessions if they do not wish to offer free trial sessions to clients.
