How to register on the platform as a practitioner?

The user can apply to become a practitioner using the below steps:

- Register on the platform using an email address and set a password.
- Complete the registration form by filling in the required details, including Basic Information, Subjects, Spoken Languages, and Resume.
- After filling in the required details, submit the profile for admin review and approval.
- Once approved by the admin, the practitioner will be able to log in to the practitioner dashboard and add their availability for bookings by learners.
- In case the profile is rejected, the practitioner can update the details based on the comments shared by the admin and resubmit the request for review.

Is there any feature to record audio and video?

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. Yo!Coach is now integrated with the LessonSpace API, which supports audio/video recording functionality.

Can the practitioners and clients check the scheduled sessions as per their time zones?

Yes, practitioners and clients can view scheduled sessions according to their respective time zones, making it convenient for users located in different regions.

Users can select their preferred time zone during the registration process. Additionally, they can update or change their time zone later by navigating to the “Settings” section and selecting their preferred “Time Zone.”

Updating the time zone will impact the availability marked by the practitioners going forward. However, the already scheduled sessions will remain unaffected and will continue to be displayed according to the updated time zone.
